Q: How do I pair my ProTemp S1 with the app?
A: Open the ChefsTemp app, go to “Add Device,” and follow the on-screen steps. Make sure Bluetooth and location are enabled on your phone.
Q: Why does my S1 show “LLL” or no temperature?
A: Make sure the main unit is fully seated on the base and all contacts are clean. Try resetting the S1 with the reset button next to the charging port.
Q: How long does the battery last?
A: A fully charged S1 lasts about 40 hours on Wi‑Fi or up to 300 hours on Bluetooth-only mode.
Q: Is my ChefsTemp waterproof?
A: The ProTemp Plus probe is IP68 waterproof, but the stand and Breezo fan are not waterproof. Keep them dry and avoid direct rain.
Q: What’s the warranty?
